Some additional information.

When you send us your own Business Card design file(s), via our Send Your Files page, we ask you to add some additional information in the Message box. This is so that we can link your payment to the file(s) you are sending to us.

  1. Tell us your name (which must be the same name you use to sign up / log in to make a payment through our site).
  2. Tell us the email address you use to sign up / log in to make this payment.
  3. Tell us your contact telephone number (the same one provided when you sign up / log in to make a payment.

When we receive payment, we will then be able to match the details sent with your file(s) to your Customer details submitted when you actually pay for your business card product.

Unlike some companies we do not charge you for sending us your files and if everything is supplied ready to print there will be no extra costs. We will advise if there are any problems and expect you to resolve them or advise what the extra cost might if we are to resolve them.
